No More Chat Protection

Due to the constant trouble caused by chat protection we have disabled the chat protection on server.  This is a very fast server so if you are running and accidently shoot someone facing the wall all will be forgiven.  However if you are camping and deliberately shoot someone facing the wall that is considered bad sportsmanship and it is up to the server owner how to handle that situation.
